Our commitment to organic ingredients is one of many reasons our customers love shopping at N'Kahoots. To retain the light and fluffiness of our body butter texture, we eliminate the use of water, beeswax, and other synthetic stabilizers.

By eliminating these harsh ingredients during particularly warm weather, our products may unavoidably soften or even melt due to the heat of the vehicles and mailboxes in which they are stored in route. To protect our products against the threat of excessive heat, we utilize extra protective packaging to ensure that our goods make it to their destination as safely as possible. All items are now dispatched with an ice pack, thermo insulated bubble envelopes, and instructions on what to do should they received their package melted.

In addition, To avoid packages from sitting in sweltering vehicles and mailboxes over long weekends, all orders will be processed and shipped between Monday through Wednesday of each week. All orders received Wednesday after 2 pm will be shipped the following Monday. Our overall objective is to ensure that our customers continue to enjoy their products in the same condition in which they left our facilities.
